Kiikii Retreat is a hardy solid brick exterior house with internal timber lining. It is located on the northern coast of Rarotonga only 5 minutes to the Avarua town.

The house has a natural outdoor flow so great for outdoor living. There are three bedrooms, wardrobes, kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms and a carport. There is also a viewing area overlooking the sea.

For the last five years, the property has been a holiday home for visitors.

As there is adequate space on the seaside, there is scope to build additional accommodation – another house or studio unit. We have in fact added a unit for on the seaside although requires completion. Once completed this should offer a home & income lifestyle in Rarotonga.
